Boris Johnson is a fraudster and is corrupt. He could have challenged these facts by suing for defamation. As he did not, he should be forced to resign all the public offices and positions he holds.
Ursula von der Leyen has failed to give proper leadership to the European Commission and ensure it acts in accordance with Articles 4, 13 and 17 of the Treaty on European Union.
On 16 October the European Council was unable to deal with the issues of Brexit and the trade talks properly because important information about legal problems is being withheld from the EU Member States.
In 2017 when he was Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson made a fatal error regarding the Government's European Union (Notification of Withdrawal) Bill. He failed to address it when Prime Minister. He acted illegally when agreeing to the Withdrawal Agreement, and the "treaty" was made Null when he signed it on 24 January 2020. In covering-up his errors Boris Johnson committed acts of fraud. Jacob Rees-Mogg was provided with key facts but he has repeatedly not informed the House of Commons or the Privy Council.
There are grounds for Dominic Cummings to be prosecuted by a person designated by the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care under Regulation 11 of The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2020. Click below to see the documents sent to Matt Hancock.
Suella Braverman is not up the job, and seems to have little sense of how she should conduct herself in the office of Attorney General. She overstepped the mark over Dominic Cummings' Reg. 9(1)(b) offence of 27 March and seems willing to give the advice that the Prime Minister wants, rather than act properly as the Government's principal Law Officer. See documents provided to her.
At the right time Boris Johnson will be reported to the Metropolitan Police for the offence of Gross Negligence Manslaughter (per the four-stage Adamako test). His serious dereliction of duty and his relevant neglect can be traced back to 24 July 2019. There are various times when he failed to do his job. His negligence caused the tragic - and avoidable - loss of people's lives, due to Covid-19 and by other causes (ie some registered as "excess deaths"). This was being covered up in early May before Dominic Cummings' Rose Garden press conference. See one of the documents of evidence.
The whole of Europe is heading for a major economic and social crisis this winter. The one person who has the power and authority to deal with the issue is the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen. She should have informed colleagues and members of the European Council about the nullity of the EU-UK "withdrawal agreement" but failed to act. She could bring down the entire Commission if she does not ensure the matter is referred to the CJEU.
Dominic Cummings is a "Servant of the Crown", and as such he has a "duty of loyal service" to the Crown. In his employment as the Prime Minister's Chief Adviser he has acted illegally. He has acted in ways which were in breach of sections 2, 3 and 4 of the Fraud Act 2006, meaning he is guilty of fraud under section 1 of the 2006 Act. Amongst those who were exposed to the risk of financial loss, and who have actually suffered financial loss, due to his frauds is Her Majesty's Treasury. Dominic Cummings has acted in breach of the terms and conditions of his contract of employment in ways that mean he can be dismissed without notice. If the Government stands by him, it should issue proceedings for defamation to protect the legal reputation Cummings claims applies to him. He should be sacked.
Borisgate Ltd was established on 11 November 2019 to publish material about criminal conduct in government. From 9 February 2005 to 1 May 2019 its founder and director, Julian Brennan, was a Human Rights Defender (recognised by the Government and the Judiciary). He ceased his HRD work as he believed that in relation to illegal conduct in government and related fraud on HM Treasury he would, at some point, be required to act in a way that favoured the United Kingdom. He informed the Police that he would act solely under his duty of Allegiance and according to his duties under the Military Covenant and Peel Principles. His actions are intended to prevent crime and uphold the Rule of Law. He has acted to protect the United Kingdom from huge financial loss and economic damage which could occur due to the effects of legal liability. From 14 November 2020 he has immunity from suit in relation to Boris Johnson's true reputation as a fraudster. Click below and see evidence for the Supreme Court about Johnson's contempt of court.
